M.Sc. and Ph.D. students

Motivated and scientifically curious students with background in chemistry, physics, materials science or related fields, who find one of our research directions attractive, and would like to join our group as part of their M.Sc. or Ph.D. studies, are welcome to contact Dr. Eli Kraisler.

Strong points of a successful candidate:

  • Deep interest in science.
  • Firm background in mathematics, theoretical chemistry, physics.
  • Background in computational methods, numerical analysis, programming.
  • Independence at work and devotion to research.

In our research group you can expect to:

  • experience cutting-edge scientific research, at the nexus of theoretical chemistry, solid state physics and computational materials science.
  • gain diverse and useful skills, working with advanced theoretical methods and computational tools.
  • have the opportunity to present your research results at various platforms, in Israel and worldwide.
  • benefit from the special scientific atmosphere of the Fritz Haber Center for molecular dynamics, that our group is part of.

Bachelor students

If you are a curious and motivated student with an inclination towards theory and calculations on a computer;

If you are not deterred by mathematical derivations and numerical algorithms;

If you would like to experience interdisciplinary research, thinking on questions at the scientific frontline and working with advanced methods and computational tools;

You are welcome to contact Dr. Eli Kraisler for details.
